We primarily use the spray extraction method of cleaning, which has 3 stages.

1. vacuuming with an industrial quality vacuum.

2. Applying the appropriate chemical cleaner to the material and agitating the pile either with a brush or a mechanical agitator.

3. extract the soil from the material by rinsing it at high pressure (200-300psi) using a carpet wand connected to an extraction machine.

Once the carpet is cleaned most of the moisture will have been extracted or evaporated with the use of air movers, however there will be a small amount of residual moisture that should dry out in a few hours.

The cost of your clean will depend upon what type of clean it is, for example:

• Upholstery or carpet.

• Location, such as stairs or living rooms and the size of the carpet.
